~ From the Scene Recipe Card

This class is devoted to teaching you the difference between a scene and exposition and how to use both to the greatest impact on the reader. You’ll also learn about progression, or how your scene needs to advance dramatically. Finally, you’ll get to practice by workshopping your with the cohort of fellow writers. More on the workshopping process here.

This class will suss out your unique voice, grow your craft, and finally help you launch yourself foward toward writing your novel, memoir, short story or essay collection.

Teachings, handouts, examples galore. When you leave this class, you will have a clear sense of where you are as a writer, right now, and where to focus your attention. Fun, slightly terrifying, and utterly addictive. You’ll love this class.
